Kids camp campaign

Bay Club always set high goals for camp and 2019 was no exception. To drive revenue and get parents registering their children for camp early, I was tasked with creating a cohesive campaign that would work through all summer camp materials. I created assets for three major categories: a generic marketing kit that would work for all clubs, no matter what camps they were holding, camp open house materials, and club specific camp materials.

Marketing kit

For the overall marketing kit, I designed a postcard, flyer, poster, digital signage piece, and various SEO/SEM ads and emails that would work for all clubs hosting camps. The intention was to have a creative set that could be edited the following year when camp came around.

camp open house

I created a simple flyer, poster, and digital signage tile that had the club specific information. These events gave kids programming a chance to physically interact with kids through fun events, like giveaways using a big spinning wheel, and showcase what camp would offer.

club specific camp assets

Each club had a simple pdf guide that listed the camp dates, rules, regulations, etc. I also created a sample schedule for a few camps to give parents a better idea of how the day would go and one pagers with more specific camp categories.
